Brianna is a native of Arizona with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Development and Management from Arizona State University. With many of years planning events, Brianna enjoys all the aspects about this career: creativity, relationship building, education, and developing amazing events! As an Account Executive for Hello Arizona, Brianna loves creating memorable experiences and seeing a smile on a client's face at the end of the day. With previous history in the destination, event management, wedding, and the food and beverage market Brianna has a knack for all things events. As a member of Site since 2008, Brianna has held the role as Arizona Chapter President since 2011 and continues to become enriched with educational opportunities. She appreciates traveling, spending time with friend and family, being active and living life to its fullest.

Gianna Goudreau
Joining Enchantment Group in August of 2006, Gianna is the Senior Sales Manager, responsible for sourcing and securing corporate meetings, incentive programs and executive retreats, from the Northwest, Eastern Virginia and Canadian Markets at two exclusive properties - Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Spa in Sedona, Arizona, as well as The Tides Inn in Irvington, Virginia. Drawing upon her extensive hospitality experience and passion for building relationship, Gianna is dedicated to providing all clients a memorable group experience.

Having over 25 years in the Hospitality business Kelly still enjoys working with clients on meetings and events. Kelly has been involved with several hospitality and service organizations over the year and has a passion for people and a commitment to the industry. She and her husband Don Zale enjoy traveling, entertaining and spending time with family and friends.

Margie Long
Hot Air Expeditions was created by Margie 21 years ago! To this day there is nothing like being with the balloons, whether it is a couple celebrating their anniversary or a group of 100. Now boasting hot air balloon locations in Phoenix/Scottsdale and beautiful Monument Valley with flights are offered daily year round.
Margie enjoys her spare time with her two daughters along with traveling, entertaining and scuba diving.

Reagan Kappas
After earning a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Arizona in Marketing, Reagan Kappas began her event planning career by joining Encore Creative and has been there almost 8 years now, currently as an Event Designer. During this time she has created event themes and concepts for numerous Fortune 500 companies all over the country

"I am a graduate of the University of Puget Sound in studies focusing on business and public administration, marketing and psychology. I have worked in many capacities in the hospitality, sports, and destination resort arenas including: Public relations, Marketing, Sales and Event management for The Canyons Resort, United States Ski and Snowboard Association and Backcountry.com in Park City, Utah; the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon in San Francisco, California; and currently Miraval Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. I am an outdoor enthusiast with my strongest passions in skiing, road cycling and mountain biking, and I relish in exploring new nooks and crannies in interesting spots around the globe. I love yoga, discovering new music, preparing meals for friends and family, and raising a glass of wine in celebration of a simply great day. Being a part of the Site Arizona board is an honor and I look forward to offering my years of high-end hospitality experience to the greater good of incentive business in Arizona!"

JJ Briles
JJ Briles joined Stellar Adventures, as a start-up company with one H1 Hummer, in 2000. As the business grew, so did JJ's involvement. In 2002 he became 25% owner and in 2005, having grown the company to five H1 Hummers and eight ATVS, JJ acquired Stellar Adventures completely. Armed with his entrepreneurial spirit he has since expanded the company to include innovative outdoor adventures such as Stargazing, Shooting Experience, Night Vision tours and team building opportunities such as photo scavenger hunts. Continuing to keep Stellar Adventures on the cutting edge, JJ and his progressive thinking, introduced a catering and mobile bar service division. With a growing concern for the environment JJ turned to Bio-diesel making Stellar Adventures the only off-road tour company in the valley to power an entire fleet utilizing alternative fuel. To date Stellar Adventures, under JJ's guidance, has grown to a team of eight with seven H1 Hummers, three M1009 Military Blazers, and 25 ATVs. Whether hosting a small group or large organization JJ and his team pride themselves on the ability to provide services, solutions, and thrilling experiences.

Devin Hernandez
A rookie to the mortgage business, Devin joined imortgage in 2011 as Travel and Meeting Manager. Responsible for all corporate meetings and events for over 700 employees in 45 cities and 6 states across the Southwest, Devin builds unique events and successful meeting each month. Her plate is always full between monthly trainings, National Sales Meetings, President's Club, and a Holiday Party with more than 1500 attendants.
Devin and her husband Eli enjoy spending time with their two children and serving as the Directors of Children's Ministry at their Church.

Sarah and her husband, Barry live in Cave Creek, Arizona, where they ride their horses as often as time permits. They have two daughters. Laura is attending the University of Arizona and Taylor is pursuing a career with horses in Florida and Massachusetts.
