New Ambassadors Program
The Ambassador's Program was designed to honor your existing relationship with clients while supporting their participation in the Arizona SITE Hot Times event. Here is how it works:
Invitees
Site members are encouraged to invite their clients who meet the attendee criteria, for consideration to participate in Hot Times. The application will include a place for you to list yourself as their Ambassador.
Participants
If your client is selected by the committee to participate in Hot Times, you will be their Ambassador for the duration of the Fam.
Ambassadors
As Ambassador, your name is identified with your participant in the program and on their name badge.
Reception
This years Hot Times will kick off with an Ambassadors Welcome Reception where the Site Board will host Ambassadors and their guests for a private VIP reception prior to the start of the program.
The Ambassador's program is designed to honor the relationships you have worked so hard to make and maximizing Hot Times event attendance to promote our great destination through the Arizona SITE Chapter.
